Custom Orders
We do limited custom orders. If you are interested in a custom order, we will work with you to design a unique bag that will match your taste and style.
All custom orders must align with Hunter Hill Bag Co. design standards. To see examples of our work, visit our products page or check us out on Instagram and Facebook.
Customization options include but are not limited to:
- Type (tote, handbag, crossbody, backpack, portfolio, clutch, sleeves, fanny pack, briefcase)
- Dimensions (height, width, length, strap length, handle drop)
- Pockets (number of pockets, placement, size)
- Leather selection (tanning method, weight/thickness, color)
- Hardware and Closures (clasp type, buckles, metal choice)
Limitations include but are not limited to:
- Maximum of one zipper
- No lining
- No velcro
To secure a custom order slot, visit our custom orders page below. Custom order slots are listed on the first of each month. The number of available slots each month may vary. At times, we may open additional slots throughout the month. Follow us on social media to stay up to date on custom order availability.
A $50 non-refundable fee is required in order to secure your custom order slot. This covers the design consultation and will go towards the final purchase price.
Once your custom order deposit is placed, we will reach out to schedule a design consultation within 5 business days. After the consultation you will receive an email with the agreed upon design specifications.
We reserve the right to decline custom orders if the request is not in line with Hunter Hill Bag Co. design standards or is deemed unfeasible for our designer and maker. If it is determined during the consultation that we will not be able to meet your needs, 50% of the deposit will be returned provided no expenses for materials have occurred. Once materials or expenses are incurred, the deposit is entirely non-refundable.
Custom orders may take 6-8 weeks from confirmation of deposit to bag completion. Once the bag is complete, you will receive an invoice with a link to complete your custom order purchase. Custom Orders will not be shipped until paid in full.
